Refund policy

Thank you for shopping with us! We want you to love your jewelry, but if you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to help.
1. Returns
You have 7 days from the date you received your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
2. Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings and custom-made or personalized jewelry pieces cannot be returned.
3. Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
4. Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
